The
City of Flores, the provincial seat, is a short 45 minute flight, or an 8
hour drive from Guatemala City.
Peten is the largest province of Guatemala,
with 35,854 square kilometers of land, and an elevation of 127 meters above
sea level. Peten is incredibly rich in natural resources and many
archaeological sites, of which Tikal is the most famous.

cities, covers 16 square kilometers where there are over 3,000 different
